Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
That said, we stand behind our products and will absolutely make things right if there is a problem with your order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
